Marissa provided us information prior to listing the house and the work she did after it went on the market, truly deserves a 5 star review when selling our house. Outstanding in communication and responsiveness. From the get go, we immediately knew we were in good hands. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, a no nonsense go getter, with a sense of humor that always made us laugh. I always felt like my concerns were Marissa's first priority. She had the data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and a great marketing plan with a goal of getting our house sold quickly for well above listing price. And we couldn't have been more thrilled with the result. I highly recommend Marissa to friends, family and strangers! Phenomenal!
