We connected with Marissa at an open house and right away Marissa stepped up to learn our wants and needs to better help us find our home. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and unsure of the process, but Marissa met with us and broke down every step. She made herself easily available for any question that we had and was very responsive. We (very, very) quickly found our dream house and Marissa wasn't afraid to work swiftly with us to put our offer in (and under asking!). It took quite a few houses before we found one that we wanted to make an offer on, but we never felt pressured to settle (and in fact, after getting to know what we were looking for, she would actually remind us why a place wouldn't be right for us if it was clearly missing something we wanted). Marissa went far above and beyond in helping us prep our house for sale - connecting us to reliable and fairly priced contractors, expediting issues, and in many cases negotiating directly with them. When our primary deck contractor (whom we found) ghosted us, Marissa found us a contractor within 48 hours willing to finish the work. Our property was a little unique, and Marissa understood that.
