My client was asking why I was helping vet electricians, consult Red Oak's CEO about knob & tube wiring, find the best hardwood "floor guy," and other things a new homeowner might need once they close escrow.
My answer? This is what we do.
Most people only purchase a home once or twice in a lifetime, and the legal, financial, and insurance ecosystems are always changing. I aim to be in my clients' real estate lives forever, a home concierge if you will.
During my client's 14-day close, we spoke daily via email, text, phone, and in person about contracts, wiring funds, verifying the home's condition, getting point-of-sale ordinance certificates, and other necessary items. Ask me more about my job as a Real Estate Agent; it's one of my favorite subjects.

Ilan Penson and I will host the "Planting Roots in Montclair" event at the Montclair Beer & Wine Festival in the Family Fun Zone.
